Emirates business developers visited VISA Innovation Center to help them define the challenge Skywards should be focusing on in order to increase conversion. After an extensive Landscaping session we concluded the challenge should be focused on how to make Skywards a lifestyle brand.
We put this challenge to the test on a Co-creation workshop and the results were remarkable. Four different prototypes after the four identified personas. Winning features from all gave the final outcome of an app answering to the initial problem statement on how transform Skywards to a lifestyle brand.
